THE CLIENT
A vital part of SAP since 2012, SAP SuccessFactors is a world-leading provider of cloud human experience management (HXM) – the new people-focused term for HCM. The HXM suite lets companies provide employees with experiences that recognize their individual value and consistently motivate them to achieve peak performance levels.
THE NEED
The SAP HXM Partner Ecosystem organization hosts an annual partner event where vital business areas, such as HR go-to-market strategy, the latest product news, and competitive insights are shared with a large partner community. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2021 the event was turned into an online experience. Therefore, SAP was looking for a virtual platform that could host thousands of attendees from across the globe and meets the SAP standards for quality, security and branding.
THE NYTRO EXPERIENCE
The Nytro Virtual Event (NVE) platform was the platform of choice to host multiple SAP events throughout the year. It was selected in a competition among other global providers because of the outstanding event experience it provides, its flexibility, extremely fast setup time and the strong expertise of our global team that can work seamlessly across 3 different regions.
The results after the first three events in Europe, America and Asia include:
- 1147 attendees from more than 100 countries around the world
- 79% of the attendees who responded had a positive overall event experience
- 85% of the attendees who responded positively rated the registration process
- 76% of the attendees who responded positively rated the event virtual platform
