SAP's Cloud Accelerator Program (CAP) is a high-touch partner initiative designed to increase partner pipeline and revenue. It provides intense sales enablement, marketing expert support and budget funds, but also requires strong partner commitment.
There was a need for establishing efficient processes and operational model of the program, and partners needed strong marketing guidance and consulting as well as consistent support throughout the execution. Timelines were challenging and fast execution of each phase of the program was required.
THE NYTRO EXPERIENCE
Our Nytro Marketing team was trusted with project managing and advising partners during the entire program. This included: supporting all partners with building and executing strong marketing plans to promote cloud success, helping partners meet the program criteria by utilizing the best of the existing SAP partner marketing infrastructure, assisting partners to leverage their already existing marketing plans and engagements, tracking progress to ensure timely execution within 2019, and reporting on the outcomes of the overall program.
